team serving your town/city.

National Suicide Prevention Line (Lifeline) If you’re thinking about suicide, are worried about a friend or loved one, or need emotional support, call the Lifeline.

Access Line If you are a Connecticut resident seeking access to substance abuse treatment, including assessment centers, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), detox, and residential treatment, call the Access Line. The Access Line is able to prioritize transportation services for detox and may also be able to arrange transportation to DMHAS substance abuse residential treatment.


Helpline The HelpLine offers Connecticut residents confidential telephone counseling services. Staff provide information, referrals and support to callers to help trouble-shoot difficult situations and ultimately to prevent/ divert situations from escalating into
a crisis.

EMPS Mobile Crisis Intervention Services
Our EMPS Mobile Crisis Intervention Services offers an immediate response to children and youth, ages 3 - 17, or 18 if still enrolled in school, experiencing behavioral health emergencies in the home, school and other community or hospital settings.
