Wheeler's Farm to Family Program

Learn more about Wheeler's partnership with Holcomb Farm.
Beginning Wednesday, June 21, 2023, Wheeler patients can pick up free produce at any Family Health & Wellness Center. 
Produce will be available on the following dates from 1:00-4:00pm, while supplies last.

Monday, November 20th
Special Event Thanksgiving order to all five Family Health & Wellness Centers
Wednesday, December 20th - New Britain
Wednesday, January 17th - Waterbury
Wednesday, February 14th - Bristol
Wednesday, March 13th - Plainville
