Wheeler's Farm to Family Program

Learn more about Wheeler's partnership with Holcomb Farm.
Beginning Wednesday, June 26, 2024, Wheeler patients can pick up free produce at any Family Health & Wellness Center. 
Produce will be available on the following dates from 1:00-4:00pm, while supplies last.
