Volunteer Opportunities with Prevent Child Abuse Connecticut

Volunteers for our Parent Line - Parent Line volunteers answer our informational telephone line for parents. If you're available on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and you'd like to help parents cope with stress and prevent child abuse call 800.CHILDREN or contact us for more information.

Volunteers for Parent Support and Education groups - Spend 4 hours a week working directly with parents in one of our support and education groups as a group facilitator. Training and supervision provide. Call 800.CHILDREN or contact us for more information.

Volunteers for Kids on the Block. Volunteer puppeteers present a scripted program using a blend of puppetry and educational curricula to teach children about child abuse and personal safety. Training in Banraku style puppetry is provided.


Volunteer Opportunities with Life Long Family Ties
