President’s Message
How do we measure positive change? Every day, we see the results of our work – the woman who celebrates recovery, a family healing from trauma, young teens thriving in foster homes. We measure our programs formally by establishing benchmarks, monitoring our outcomes and implementing processes for improvement. We maintain high standards and hold ourselves accountable to those we serve, our funders and the community.
We’re pleased to share with visitors to our website a comprehensive summary of our most recent outcomes, Achieving Results in Community-based Services, 2010 – 2011. Our results reflect the work of our talented, dedicated staff and the strength and resilience of individuals and families we have the privilege to serve. We are firmly committed to providing high-quality, accessible care and have a passionate belief that evidence-based programs are highly effective strategies for helping others to change behaviors, heal from trauma and ultimately lead healthy and productive lives.
This year continues to bring growth, a more efficient, coordinated approach to working within systems, and innovative, flexible responses to community needs. Our performance demonstrates that we are poised for the challenges and opportunities ahead. Thank you for your continued interest and support. Our ability to achieve positive change starts with you.
