HelpLine provides telephone counseling services,
24 hours a day, 365 days a year to Central Connecticut, Greater Hartford,
and surrounding towns. HelpLine staff strives to prevent suicide/crisis,
and offer information, referral and support to callers.
If a person is feeling desperate, is just feeling
the need to talk or is inquiring about obtaining addiction treatment or
mental health services, HelpLine offers prompt and confidential assistance.
Callers from any town are welcome at any time.
