The Connecticut Clearinghouse, a program of Wheeler Clinic, is a statewide
resource center for information about alcohol, tobacco, other drugs and
related issues affecting mental health and wellness. It is the goal of the
Connecticut Clearinghouse to support substance abuse prevention, intervention,
