Wheeler Clinic's Intensive In-Home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services (IICAPS) program is a time-limited stabilization program for children and adolescents with serious emotional disorders. Our IICAPS program successfully engages all family members in the creation of a strong working partnership between the child, the family, the school, and community. Multiple home visits per week and strength-based treatment help children learn to express themselves effectively, educate parents and connect families to ongoing supports in the community.
