Wheeler Clinic’s Birth to Three Program provides specialized,
comprehensive services to families with children under three years of
age with significant
developmental delays or disabilities. The program is family-centered,
strengths-based and responsive to the needs of each child.
A multidisciplinary team of clinical and early childhood specialists
work in partnership with each family to create an individualized service
plan based on their unique concerns and priorities. The team implements
the most effective strategies to help the child and family realize their
goals. Services may include, but are not limited to:
• speech and language services
•
family education
•
counseling
•
occupational therapy
Birth to Three is funded by the Connecticut Department of Developmental
